What a whirlwind... Allow me to start from the top.

There were shenanigans that went on involving a certain Minecraft mod or two that, while everyone was dicking around with it, the genius idea of spawning all the iterations of Sonic.exe (and some Sonic YouTubers) included in a mod made by some FNF Xitter fag gave us all psychic damage afterwards, which led us to spawn an overly powered Herobrine (yes, somehow more bullshit than Herobrine from HM:R). He blew a hole in the world, and instead of us rebuilding the hole, the decision to rollback the world by about an hour was suggested.

Little did I fucking know that all the power brownouts in my area due to inclement weather would have corrupted a good chunk of the world backups that I had, leaving anything past the second weekend the server was hosted to be fucked. I partially blame myself for not checking the backups beforehand, and for not having an uninterrupted power supply hooked up to the server. After these events, I have one on the way and have been watching the weather like a hawk in case I need to shut the server down preemptively in order to prevent anything else getting corrupted. It sucks ass, but oh well. It's given me some time to sit back, reconsider/reimplement how backups are handled, and also give me some time to think about other crap besides Minecraft, like play a shitload of GTA Online other game server options that may or may not be more enticing and/or accessible for others, on top of some window shopping for much better hardware down the road that'll be able to handle modded Minecraft a lot better. When the time comes, the site and all the crap associated with it will be going down temporarily, but that's at least a few months down the road. I'll be sure to yell in the thread when it happens.

Yeah, that's about it. I don't have anything else of substance to add. I'm gonna go back to doing the bare minimum to keep the site going, and start working on the Gmod server, now that democracy has willed it.
